This Creative Intrigue website and all associated images, text, graphic and logos are subject to copyright and are wholly owned and reserved by Creative Intrigue (ABN 73 564 038 447). All designs are original to Creative Intrigue and are protected by copyright law. It is an offence to steal in whole or in part any of the designs, layout, copy or photography created by Creative Intrigue.
Terms and Conditions
This website is owned by Creative Intrigue and by purchasing design and printing directly from this website or via manual ordering processes, you acknowledge that you have read and understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Quotes
All design work will be quoted prior to commencing your job. Or if an agreement is made between you the client and Creative Intrigue, then hourly rates will be charged for your design artwork.
Print quotes will be sourced from my professional designers that I use. Most quotes with have a few options for you to choose from.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date on the quotation form. After this time they will be reconfirmed.
All design and print prices on this website are subject to change without notice.
Deposit
For all design and website orders, a 50% deposit is required before design commences. You will be supplied with a quote for the total costs and the deposit required. The remaining will be due on completion/approval of your design and prior to print or when the website is live (uploaded to the server). Full payment is due prior to all printing.
Pricing
We are an Australian owned and operated business. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) excluding GST and are subject to change and availability. Currently we only design for Australian businesses only.
If requested for larger jobs, an hourly rate will be charged ($80.00 +GST).
If the design format has been changed you will be supplied with a new quote.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date on the quotation form. After this time they will be reconfirmed.
Supplied Information
All information is to be supplied by you in a readable, easy to format file. via Word programme. Handwritten pieces of paper will not be accepted. Please give as much information for your design as possible. All photos to be high resolution (300dpi) for printing and 72dpi for websites.
Errors
Creative Intrigue is not responsible for errors after the artwork is approved and paid for in full. The customer is solely responsible for errors missed during their proofing round/s. Correcting artwork errors and reprinting is at the cost of the customer. Corrections will be at the hourly rate costs.
Printing & Colour
Please be aware that due to variations in monitors, the colours and images may vary slightly on screen to that of the finished product. Also due to different professional printing presses used, slight colour variations may occur. No home printing is used.
Print colour may vary from print run to print run and also from front to back.
All files for printing are in CMYK and we do not accept RGB files for printing.
Cancellation of Artwork
If any artwork is ceased, on your request, prior to completion then you will be charged for the time spent the set up of your artwork/designs and the time taken for emails and appointments at the hourly rate of $80 +GST.
If half or full payment has been made then these costs will be deducted and then the rest of the payment refunded to you, the client.
Payment Methods
Creative Intrigue will send your order to the printers once payment is received in full. We accept credit card (over the phone), cheques/money orders and direct deposit. Cheques/money orders/direct deposits are cleared prior to dispatching your order. Full payment is due prior to printing.
The client will be sent an invoice which will include GST and freight costs. The information required for payment will be sent along with this invoice, including bank account details for direct deposit and address to post cheques.
General
Approval is required before files go to print. This must be written or by email confirmation.
Full payment must be made before artwork can be handed over to customer.
All design turnaround times are approximate. Clients will be kept up to date on design and print timelines.
All proofing is supplied as a pdf. If you require a jpg please specify.
All designs created for clients will be used for Creative Intrigue will be used in advertising our business. Artwork will be displayed on this website and also on our Facebook page. Please let me know if you do not wish this to happen.
Delivery
Creative Intrigue will deliver to your business or residential address.
Deliveries will be made via courier or Australia Post. The delivery/freight charges will be added on invoice prior to payment. All Creative Intrigue parcels with be registered (a signature is required) through Australia Post for tracking purposes. Once order has been dispatched Creative Intrigue takes no responsibility for damage or lost parcels. If you prefer to pay extra for Australia Post Insurance please let us know or if you require Express Post delivery then Insurance is not available. If you do have a delayed parcel please call and we will track it for you.
Privacy
Creative Intrigue collects your personal information to assist in providing the service you have requested.
Any personal information that you provide to us will not be released, sold or rented to any businesses or individuals.
