Do I have to make an appointment to see you or can we do this via email?

You can do either. If you would like to meet me to discuss options then please call to make an appointment time. If you are short on time then we can discuss over the phone and then correspond via email as I have done orders Australia wide.

How do I place an order or book my design/print job with you?

You can contact me via the contact form and we will get back to you within 24 hours. We can then discuss your requirements and I can book in a time for your artwork to commence.

Do you work with international customers?

Unfortunately I only work with Australian businesses only.

I have just started my business and I don’t know what to do now?

Well firstly congratulations on your new business venture. I am able to guide you with what you need to start your business off and help you with advice. I work with a lot of newly started businesses and have seen many of these grow and be successful.

How long will the designs and printing take to complete?

This depends on the type of job you are requiring as each order is different. I will supply you with an rough estimate of design and print times. I will keep you updated on all the processes of your order.

How much do you need to know before you can design for my business?

I always love to know what your business is and a bit about you so I can understand what I am trying to create for your business. I will ask you questions and ask for your thoughts and if you have any ideas or have seen something you have liked from somewhere else. Have a think about colours; how you want to be seen by potential customers. I will offer my thoughts and you let me know if I am on the right track. I then can create a design that is perfect to you and your business.

Do you require a deposit?

For all design orders and website jobs, a 50% deposit is required before design commences. You will be supplied with a quote for the costs required. The remaining will be due once you have approved the artwork and ready for print or when the website is live. *Full payment is due prior to printing.

How do I receive my approved logo?

When you have approved your logo, you will receive it on a CD or via email all the file formats for you to use.

How do I receive my design proofs?

For all artwork proofs these are done via email as a pdf. Otherwise let me know and I will proof as a jpg for you.

Are the colours correct in the proof when I see it on my computer monitor?

All monitors are different so please allow that there may be a slight variation to print as different colour techniques are used.

Do you keep all my artwork?

Yes I keep everything I have created so if you require anything I will always be able to help you no matter how much time has passed.

I have my artwork already and just require printing, is this possible?

Yes I can just to the printing for you if you require. If you email me the files I will print them for you. But if they do require adjustments as they aren’t print suitable, then extra costs will apply at the hourly rate of $80 +GST.

What is your payment options?

Creative Intrigue can accept credit card, cheque, money order, direct deposit and cash payments. Payments will be cleared prior to printing or artwork release.
